Per Online Complaint: "Substandard rental housing conditions include: 1) Heat that doesn't consistently work. 2) Mold in the vents, tenants have experienced breathing problems. 3) Rotting deck, one tenant twisted his knee by falling through a missing board. 4) Leaking roof in several spots."
