Landlord Walter Boos is requesting payment for alleged pet damages for a documented ESA outside of our previously agreed upon pet deposit. The damages alleged were present at the time of move in, and we have time stamped documentation to prove this.Landlord has also threatened to remove tenant property while tenant was in good financial standing awaiting landlord repairs for above damages.
