per online complaint: Rat infestation found through the house by inspection in the basement, attic, and walls. There was inadequate smoke detectors, and in the basement rooms the windows are not low enough to escape in case of fire. Stairs in the back were rotting through & wires came through hole in wall in living room.

garbage in back yard, bicycles--may be operating home based business fixing bikes. People are living in a junk car in the back yard. View from alley. There is a lot of people coming and going out of this house, have called police several times. Believes that 20 people live in house.
