Exterior porch/entryway poses imminent danger to occupants and anyone accessing these areas of the property. Consideration to the occupants as well as anyone requiring access (ie. first responders). Unsupported and lacking load bearing capabilities.

Per online complaint: "During a fire code inspection by the fire department, I noted rotten structural members on a deck on the north side of the apartment building. This deck also has substandard column supports - where the deck rests on only 1/2 of the 4x4 column in 2 locations."
