1312 6TH AVE N

The apartment complex at 1312 6th Ave N has been intermittently shaking. When the building shakes it does not correlate with wind or construction. It has been happening for over a year and the HOA has been notified, but nothing has been investigated in regards to the shaking. I am concerned for the safety of the tenants at this complex.

I have several complaints about the property: 1312 6th ave N APT 14, Seattle WA.1. I believe my landlord is unregistered. I'm unable to find a registration for her under the RRIO search portal - I called and talked with a helpful guy called gym whom confirmed there is no registration on file.2. I'm unable to fully close the balcony door, this allows air to come in - during winter it was bad. 3. The toilet does not flush unless flusher is held down for 30 second

Hi, I have several complaints about unit 14. 1. The locks don't work properly, even after being replaced due to the door being previously damaged before move in (documentation) landlord has been notified and it has been 4 weeks+ since. Other issues include: electrical, the outlets are old and allow sagging of things plugged in. lack of smoke detector - there is a space of one in the living room but it is blank. There is one located by the front door.
