Building permit #6883524-CNThe contractor (DAVID OTTOLINO) is storing galvanized metal pipes and erosion control wattles against the trunk of the largest tree in the designated Tree Protection Area. This material is also creating soil compaction within the sensitive root zone. "Material storage" within the Tree Protection Area is prohibited by Seattle municipal code.
