I live in unit 301 and I requested maintenance for a broken stove burner and dryer that takes 3-4 cycles to get my clothes dry enough not to smell like mildew. Additionally, my unit has a fridge/freezer that is missing shelves. I made these requests in May and August of 2025; it is now almost May 2026. Hilltop court apartments hasn't had a consistently working elevator in over 6 months. They keep lying to tenants saying they're waiting on something but it's lie after lie. I am disabled & must have access to my apartment with a working elevator.
