This residence is using the side yard as a drive way. Using the handicapped access curb cut and jumping through curb to park in the yard. This is a high pedestrian/bike area and I have seen many people and myself almost get hit by them as they blindly back out over the sidewalk and into the street. One city inspector has come out to the property stating that they are in violation and spoke to the residents but they continue park illegally in yard

Per CSB; Property owner has created an illegal driveway in their yard. They are using designated handicapped street parking to jump the curb and access their illegal parking space on their lawn. There driving in and out of this illegal driveway has created a safety hazard for pedestrians, including caller who has nearly been hit many times. This illegal drive is very near a school and children travel this route daily. SDCI - Enforce land use violation.
