Water coming out of bathtub is green, wall heater in the bathroom has loose wires that get hot, electrical wiring in building doesn't work right e.g. if a person uses a vacumn on the 3rd floor, the electrical will blow in the entire building. Note: Complainant stated she will be leaving on June 14th for military duty out of state.
