This house is zoned "single-family" however rooms are rented to up to 7 or 8 people and is in fact a "multi-family" house. This house also has multiple fridges, one tell-tale of a "multi-family" property. Each tenant has own separate contract with landlord for rent. These tenants turnover regularly.
