My neighbor at 1321 NW 85th St plays amplified music at a volume that is disruptive inside my home. Using a decibel meter, I have measured it at approximately 50 dB indoors during daytime hours, which exceeds Seattle's residential daytime limit of 45 dB under SMC 25.08. This has been an ongoing issue for several months, and talking to the neighbor has not resolved it. The music is clearly audible inside my home and interferes with work and phone calls. The primary disturbance is low-frequency

There is a pile of dirt blocking the entire sidewalk on NW 85th Street, just east of 14th Avenue NW. I have no mobility problems, but this is not okay.There are currently no address numbers on the townhouses being built, so I was unable to obtain the correct address--address given is for what online map shows used to be here.
