Home based business of working on cars usually 6 cars a day. The complainant has even called the Seattle Police Dept. There is a shared driveway where these homes are and the mechanic blocks the shared driveway so the complainant cannot get out at all. (Mechanic is a bully to the woman who cannot get out)
