The building's one elevator's emergency call button is answered by a broken automated answering system. I tried the button twice, a human only picked up one of the two times (and they did not send help). I believe this violates ASME A17.1-2016 section 2.27.1.1.2 (i) (The two-way communications shall not be transmitted to an automated answering system. The call for help shall be answered by authorized personnel)I found this out because the elevator broke and trapped me inside on 2
