House at 1323 14th Ave s, on beacon hill, the landscaping is unmaintained and blocking the sidewalk still, previous case closed, no resolution. Issue persists. This is a bus corridor. It is DANGEROUS for pedestrians on this side of the street. Metro buses often cross 14ths center line to allow pedestrians more space.REFERENCE: 014691-25CP
