Our apartment doesn't have any ventilation installed to circulate air through the unit. We have a gas stove in the kitchen but no fan to pull the air out of the apartment. According to the Seattle code section 400 it says the unit needs to be able to cycle 5 times per hour.

There is mice infestation in the building. There has been an issue for more than 8 months. Management has not properly filled the entry levels of mice. Or fixed the issue.

Some western units have holes leading to outer wall by trash area that appears to be an entry point for rats. They seem to have gotten into basement also.
