Carpets in unit are moldy and smell bad, restroom is molded as well. He has requested repairs and was told he would need to move out. Landlord advised he would be preparing vacate notice. Seeking inspection and tenant rights - landlord stating I need to move out for repairs to be done would like EDRA/TRAO information

- dry rot in wall/structural concerns in my unit (kitchen)- area window on South wall rotting around seal area, landlord aware not fixing anything - driveway - steep/dangerous safety issue surface large eye beam sticking out 4 -5 inches serious hazard, you have to turn your car to avoid stashing tires - door entrance - both N & S knobs broken seems to be falling off this is a safety issue in case of fire- laundry room - none of the machines work, mold throughout/health concerns

Persistant infestation of roaches inside multiple apartments and within the apartment building (hallways, common spaces). Landlord refuses to take care of infestation after multiple months of roach occupying spaces.
