Per Online; I want to report a potential code violation.Rotting floor, sanitation problem.My ground floor apartment flooded two separate times over the past two weeks (I was never given a hotel to stay at).The floods pooled and grew starting from the bathroom area and also the adjacent bedroom.The bedroom carpet got soaked and is still soaked to this day. 2 illegal units in duplex. The new owner, Jorge Gutman, bought a 4-plex that had only 2 addresses for 4 units. He contacted DPD to get addresses for the 2 units that were missing them. According to DPD's records the established use of the building is duplex - not 4-plex - so DPD suggested obtaining a permit to legalize the other 2 units. The owner was disappointed to learn he didn't buy a 4-plex, but decided he didn't need the addresses either - said he's been getting along fine without them.
