I'm concerned with erosion along the property line between 1333 and 1335 S Dawson St. 1333 is a new construction house. The developer excavated the lot and did not shore up the dirt. The properties are on a hill and the dirt is already starting to erode. I'm concerned that the rainy season will cause the dirt to erode quickly. Tree cutting too close to property line. There is a guy actively cutting a tree @ 1329 s dawson street. Limbs have fallen on my side of the property and have hit our house.
