The elevator at Stockbridge Apartments (1330 Boren Ave) has an expired permit which has expired since October 2025. Tenants have tried to raise this issue with the new property manager (Arboreal Management, which moved in summer 2025) but have since been ignored.

The elevator in my apartment building has an expired permit which has been expired since October 2025. Our building management in general is slow to get things done and often ignores residents, so I'm concerened they aren't going to renew this permit. I am a tenant at Stockbridge Apartments, 1330 Boren Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101, managed by Arboreal Property Management.Over the past several weeks, I have reported unsafe and unsanitary conditions around the property, including:Broken glass at the back doorway that has remained unrepaired.Trash and debris accumulation in and around common areas.I've sent multiple written complaints to the on-site property manager and management office, but none have been acknowledged or addresse

The leasing company was switched in an ownership transfer. Since then, we have lost our compost, and the dumpsters has been filling up fast with the extra food waste
