Per online complaint:"tent set up with a homeless man living in it for a few months now below St. Marks Church. The tent is located on a hill that sits just South of the Triangle Shaped house below St. Mark's." ... "There is a Triangle Shaped House, that is historical, I can't recall the name. I would say about 10 feet to the South of this house is a big hill and it is up this hill that you can see a tent with a lot of trash surrounding it."
