Complainant believes that excavated material is being dumped onto adjacent vacant lot (1337 16th Ave S). Concerned about inadequate erosion control measures on steep slope & potential slide area ECA. "Walton's" was the name observed on truck that is believed to be associated with the construction site.***Is TESC/CSC per Permit 6312605? Is soil being dumped on the adjacent Sanders Rd S R-O-W or private property addressed as 1337 16th Ave S to the east?***
