The roof of this property is sagging in the corners allowing for the rain water to poor off of the corners and run onto my property down gradient and immediately to the south next door. The parking lot drain is also clogged causing their parking lot runoff to flow over the drain flow down the walk-way between the buildings and up against my foundation.
