There are 3 sleeping rooms in Unit 6 with a shared kitchen, common area and bathroom, and a shared mailbox. No heater in kitchen; the bathroom heaterdoes not work.There is a severe cockroach and mold problem. The owner enters their apartment without notice. The oven in the stove does not work and only one burner works. The refrigerator leaks water. No permanent source of heat and may not have legal sized SRO's.
