Per Online; Hello I couldn't get a hold of our landlord for 3months now. nobody picks up and their voicemail's full. I also tried calling their property manager (FPI Management) and none of them would return my calls. my building buzzer has not been working for 2years now, the apartment website has already been taken down today 1/5/2023 and I could not pay my rent. I do not know what else to do.

Per Online; When it rains, the roof of the living room in my apartment seriously leaks. I have to put a bucket under the leaking area to avoid a flooding. It takes place any time during the rain. I have tried to contact the landlord or management company; the landlord do not answer any call or text message, and the management company is simply virtual.
