Per online complaint dated on 8/17/2006-"shrub blocks sidewalk on 17th. Tree overhang forces pedestrians to walk farther and farther out on unpaved 135th. This tree has not been trimmed in 10 years. Next stop for walkers is a ditch. I am disabled and need access here"
