Construction being done. Tree work was left off of permits as well as the site plan. Owners tree is located in the backyard. Protection fence was put up. Tree is not in site plan. Work is being done closest to his property where tree is located. This will damage the tree. This is a cedar tree DBH 39inches. Update phone call 11/12: Tree root system being disturbed
