overgrowth of neighbor's (13519 25th Ave NE) trees into my backyard. Risk of falling; hence we don't use our backyard. Owner of the property is not living in the building 13519 25th Ave NE. Looking for recommendations from City of Seattle to deal with this problem. Is there a possibility that City of Seattle team member can inspect the site and advise. Sincerely Boopathy
