I am writing to formally report a severe and ongoing housing habitability issue at my apartment. Since moving in on May 26, 2026, my family and I have been suffering from a constant, overwhelming infiltration of marijuana and cigarette smoke entering our unit from Unit 204. Despite filing five(6/4,6/11,6/24,7/2,7/17) formal complaints with our apartment management(handled by Assistant Manager Kenia Alerdin),the management has completely failed to resolve the issue. Hole in the outside wall of unit. Landlord said there was a drain that wasn't properly drained, has not been properly fixed. Has standing water in bedroom, floor is wet. Causing mold. been an issue since Christmas Day. Tenant will be going through chemo treatment will not be able to be in bedroom or unit with wet floor and mold. Water entering unit through leaky window. Drywall broken. Broken water pipe. Bad smell in unit. PM unresponsive to requests for repairs.

Hoarders for over a year that have black mold and mildew that can be smelled and breathed in outside the unit into the lobby and hallway. I live next door and it effects my breathing and makes me gag due to the stench. For over a year this has gone unresolved.
