Vehicles stored on North 136th St by a tenant of the Mosaic Apartments. I believe his name is Sean. Supposedly, he buys them at auction and uses the residential street N. 136th to store and work on them. It is some kind of body repair/engine repair business that he operates on a city street. Large oil stains from these cars and trucks are on the street in front of 123 N. 136th and other addresses. He works on the vehicles at all hours of the day and night.
