Per online complaint: "ANONYMOUS complaint regarding RV parked in house's backyard with multiple people living in it. The RV has been parked there for at least 1-2 months, is non operable & covered with blue tarps. The people living in the RV do not have sanitation facilities. Garbage & junk outside=health hazard."
