ZONING--per online--Garbage piled up behind apartment building, three fabric sofas (rain soaked and green with mildew), a mattress, bedframes and other furniture piled up with trash at the North side of the property. Been there for a few months. Environment for rats & pests to breed.

POTA--per phone call--renovating is going to take place because of electricity issues. New owner is evicting all families or going to do renovations with them there. Rent will increase by $300 to cover cost of construction if they stay. They have received notice to terminate tenancy 8/31/2018

POTA & HOUSING--per phone call--wife received a text from new building owner that everyone needs to be out of building by 7/31/2018. Has had several housing violations. Many electrical sockets don't work , exposed electrical wiring, shower rod caved, huge hole in wall. Someone threw a rock and cracked their window and the landlord refuses to fix it
