Their dumpsters are against our fence and are unsecured. We regularly get trash in our yard that needs to be cleaned up. It also has led to rats digging under the fence into our property. Recently the poisoned the rats and they were coming into our yard and dying. We had to clean up the dying rats from our yard.

9On Aug 9, I was told by management at The Amesbury that I would be receiving a 30 day pay or vacate notice due to unpaid utility charges. I am still under the old lease where water/sewer/garbage is paid by the owner. I never received notice that my utilities were increasing.
