Neighbor's carport abuts my backyard fence and its posts/foundation is built within 8 inches of the the property line. Carport eves meet the fence line and drain into my yard. The exhaust from the SUV Car that is parked under the carport goes directly into my backyard and patio seating area and near my sliding kitchen doors. My backyard is small/narrow City set backs require 5 feet. This carport has no set back. All this is visible on google maps.
