Per Online; Ever since I moved in the neighbors above me have been constantly making noise throughout the night and day. They be banging, stomping, scraping and vacuuming. I've talked to the landlord and even went to the office and it's been the same thing everyday. I even talked to the people upstairs and they just say that they can't do anything about it cuz it's their kids. But no child is running around making that much noise at 2 in the morning.
