he is calling for the elderly lady who lives at 13757. Someone dumped two recliners a few weeks ago...and then someone took one of them, but he other still remains.

About 2 wks ago 3-5 large poplar trees on the north side of the property adj to NE 140th St were cut down. Again today, a tree cutting crew was at the site and they started delimbing 3-4 large pine trees located on the NE corner of the lot. When asked by the complainant if they had a permit from DPD to cut down the trees, they said they did, but they stopped delimbing the trees and left the site shortly after that conversation.No ECA; 8593 sq ft lot with house; limit 3 trees per year being exce

7/5/12 ej-Observed more than the allowed 3 vehicles parked on the property, not in an enclosed area.

Parking 3 cars in front yard, possibly having auto repair business, spray painting a car in driveway (complainant is calling PSCAA for pollution), complainant said police have been out to the property several times for yelling matches and drug activity.
