Was notified there was a plumbing issues in her apartment that affected unit below. Went through a week and a half period of using restroom in vacant apartment and bathroom sink being removed. Tenant received no update on repairs and gave a notice to move out. Property manager advised they should have given notices before 10th, although issues occurred after 10th. They are now not responding but charging tenant for another 30 days.
