The building is gradually getting worse with filth. The main issue being trash piling up in trash chute areas because the chutes are always broken. There is often urine and fecal matter in the elevator and stairwell. Management has not been addressing this issue.

no working elevators since 5/11/24office employees say an issue happened where 12ft of water was in basement and elevator shaft. the equipment needed to be replaced and the estimated time would be 2 weeks or longer. was told to either shelter in place or find other housing. I feel what is being done is wrong and puts many of us in a bad spot.
