On October 16th, 2026, we arrived at our unit to find all our belongings unlawfully removed from the unit. Our unit was entered illegally without prior notice before the end of our lease agreement on October 31st, 2026. Also The Rise on Madison has a history of giving 24-hour entry notices with threats of a 10-day notice if we do not comply.

no working elevators since 5/11/24office employees say an issue happened where 12ft of water was in basement and elevator shaft. the equipment needed to be replaced and the estimated time would be 2 weeks or longer. was told to either shelter in place or find other housing. I feel what is being done is wrong and puts many of us in a bad spot. For example if a tenant lived on a higher floor and had a medical concern that 911 needed to be called might be made worse if medics couldn't make it to
