Per Online; Excessively bright dusk to dawn lighting on roof deck of row of townhomes under construction. Lighting is outward facing rather than down-lighting and intensity is so bright that I have to put sheets up over my window shades in order to sleep at night. Please see attached photos: from my balcony; from 95th St; from Ashworth Ave N on other side of the building.

Permit 6668973 has partial pass on framing only and yet they are there everyday continue to operate and placing appliances in units. All further inspections have been cancelled and yet they continue to work.
