Our elevator to our 7 floor building has been broken and unusable for 2 weeks and we have received no updates on maintenance. We have a man in a wheelchair who cannot leave his house because of this. I'm unable to leave the building from the 4th floor with my baby and stroller safely. Additionally, every washing machine in the building is out of order, again with no timeline given. I submitted a request to have the tiles in my bathroom checked, as they are loose and it looks like there is mold,

The elevator in the Top of 5th apartment building has been malfunctioning for many months. Milestone Property sent repairmen to the building a few times. The out of service signs were taken down but the elevator continued to malfunction. January 11th, an email was sent that a tenant got stuck in the elevator so please do not use. My complaint relates to telecommunications dish / antenna equipment that has been installed on the roof of the apartment building at 1401 5th Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109. I am told that this is equipment for "Google Fiber". I estimate that the equipment is 4 to 5 feet tall, and therefore extends 4 to 5 feet above the roof of the building. My understanding is that this equipment may not be permitted to be installed where it has been located on roof of the building, as further explained below. Th

Ongoing problems with leaking roof. Recent leaks through the ceiling light fixtures has resulted in water damage. MGMT has been working on unit to rectify problem (ceiling drywall ripped out; dehumidifiers set up). Repair work has resulted in a no heat housing situation.
