Next to 1401 E. Howell St. building there is new construction going on (I believe it's 1417 E. Howell St.).Part of there construction they had to install a new water line from the roundabout at 14th Ave and E. Howell St. all they way to their site. Also, they installed two new inlets and ADA ramps.1) The two new ramps look like a sloppy job without any detectable warning surfaces with just asphalt.2) When they installed the new water line at the roundabout, they saw
