Chloe on Madison (Equity) uses Conservice to bill for utilities and we suspect that the service is overcharging its tenants and/or billing incorrect meter rates. I live in an MFTE unit and have personally been overcharged by Conservice, received an adjustment by Equity, however I suspect the meter rates I am being charged currently are still incorrect. Sewage, alone, for a studio MFTE apartment should not be exceeding $100 in my opinion.
