Moldy mattress and box spring, lots of garbage, huge hole in the deck, rats on property, poor garbage maintenance

This is a multiple family unit with children, there is a large hole in one of the decks, there is a good deal of detrius at the rear of the building and rats in the garbage area at the front of the property. One of the tenants has been BBQing on the wooden decks, this is a fire hazard. I am most concerned for the health and safety of tenants.

There is an occupied MDU locate at 14039 Greenwood Ave North Seattle 98133, the property has salient garbage about the exterior, rats in the waste containers and there are literal holes in the western facing deck. Small children live there, we are concerned for there health and safety. Please advise.Also see 8918-20CP
