Per Online;My property manager has not fixed the lights in the front of our building. The issue has been raised by myself and others over the years and he just says it is broken and does nothing to replace it.I believe this does violate RCW 59.18.060 section 8.I've let it go over the years but I've had more than one instance of someone trying to follow me in the building or snatch the door open behind. I've even walked out to someone hiding behind our mailbox
