I am requesting inspection of my rental unit due to ongoing water intrusion, unresolved repairs, and moisture-related concerns.Initial written notice of leaking was provided to property management on December 8, 2025. Management inspected but it was not raining at the time and they requested video documentation during rainfall. On December 15, I provided video evidence showing significant water intrusion, along with concerns about cracking walls, bubbling paint, and visible interior damage.

The electrical in the unit was smelling, and the owner had a handyman replace the socket. Tenant is concerned that a certified electrician did not do the repair or look at the problem. Also, water in unit only gets lukewarm.

Heat does work property. Radiator is not working right. The heat in her unit is runninw way below 58 degrees fahrenheit at night.
