They are constructing a retaining wall on a site with a Steep Slope. No permits are showing on the Seattle Services Portal; however there are some old 2022 complaints about the stability of this slope however there is no information on your website about the results of those 2022 complaints. PER CSB: Signs of unstable steep slope here, across S Lucile St from Cleveland HS. Heavy rock appears to have ejected onto the sidewalk from steep clay slope above. This block is typically overgrown with blackberries, but they are currently dead enough to see more of the slope than normal. Rock should be moved, and adjacent slope to should be evaluated for further risk to the public right of way."
