Complaint: Noise

Per CSB: I live on 13th Ave west in Queen Anne and once again Boyd Seattle has turned our neighborhood into a machine shop of noise as they open their garage door when the weather is nice to run their form cutting equipment which blares out over the entire west slope of Queen Anne. Last summer I went to their shop where the operators are wearing protective headphones and they explained that they know it's noisy but basically so what??
