I am submitting this complaint regarding ongoing impact noise disturbances in my unit, which I have reported to building management multiple times. The noise includes loud footsteps, thumping, random impact noises which sound like objects falling and apartment-shaking impact sounds, especially in the early morning hours. They charged me egregious cleaning fees when the unit was left in very clean condition. They also charged me for months of utility bills upon move-out that I had already paid in the months prior.

Would like to know rights. Tenant gave notice 11/26 Lease ended 12/1/2025, tenant moved 11/30/2025. Landlord trying to make tenant pay for extra 20days. No response from Mgmt. What are rights?

Management at Stellar is failing to enforce the lease agreement consistently and fairly for all tenants. The lease explicitly prohibits the use of appliances during quiet hours, yet tenants have been allowed to run vacuums and other appliances within these hours without consequence. This in addition to other concerns I have raised regarding clear violations of the apartments lease regarding noise and quiet hours have caused concern and disrupting my right to a quiet living environment.
