They charged me egregious cleaning fees when the unit was left in very clean condition. They also charged me for months of utility bills upon move-out that I had already paid in the months prior.

Management at Stellar is failing to enforce the lease agreement consistently and fairly for all tenants. The lease explicitly prohibits the use of appliances during quiet hours, yet tenants have been allowed to run vacuums and other appliances within these hours without consequence. This in addition to other concerns I have raised regarding clear violations of the apartments lease regarding noise and quiet hours have caused concern and disrupting my right to a quiet living environment.
