My property manager (WJL Home Services, managing for landlord Kunyan Wu) has a history of allowing repairs to go weeks at a time before scheduling, let alone completion.My downstairs toilet is leaking again and the wood floor is potentially getting damaged, as well as water dripping into the structure could be causing mold if left any longer (previous repair requested 10/3/18 did not last).
