Complaint

Opened March 27, 2024

On October 23 2023, the doorbell on the property was stolen in what was likely an attempted break in. Since then, the doorbell has been replaced by a nonfunctioning call box which the building owner refuses to fix. We have not been able to reliably receive packages for six months. I'm not sure if this is a code violation but I don't know how else to get them to repair this. Since it impacts every unit, I can't fix it myself or hire a repair man.
