I put a $99 holding deposit on unit 108Q at the Yardhouse Apartments in Capitol Hill. I told the agent I spoke with, Johnny Olivares, on 10/25/23 that while applying I discovered I didn't qualify for the unit as it was MFTE and that I wanted my holding deposit back. He said he also managed the Broadcast Apartments and asked if he could send me unit info there to transfer the deposit. Hello,On December 6, 2025, I submitted my first maintenance request regarding warping of the floor in my unit due to humidity. At that time, a mattress that had been placed on the floor became wet, and mold developed underneath it, indicating an ongoing moisture or water issue.Since that initial request, maintenance has not repaired the source of the moisture or possible internal leak.
